The Cheese tasting event organised by IIT Alumni center on 28th October was a house full show.The workshop was conducted by two enthusiastic entrepreneurs - Anuradha Krishnamurthy and Namrata Sundaresan from Kase. Kase serves fresh cheese devoid of additives, preservatives, stabilizers or emulsifiers.
Throughout the session, the foodies in the house got to learn about cheese - its varieties and characteristics in a relaxed fashion. The duo interacted with participants at their tables as they gorged on some of the choicest varieties of cheese across four courses and finished with a lip-smacking dessert.
The event was a remarkable experience, knowledgeable & fun.
